Because all of our products are made by hand there may be small variations in color and design between what you see on your screen and what you receive

As all of our products are handmade delivery times will be determined after an order has been placed. The time needed to produce any given item may vary between 7 and 15 business days.
If an item is in stock the only factor determining delivery time is shipping.
Prices and Resale Restrictions//
The prices on our online store are in USD and do not include any import duty and/or taxes.

Receiving our Products//
If you receive an item purchased from alejandraraw.com that has been damaged, please notify us via email at global@alejandraraw.com within 48 hours of its delivery. Your email should include detailed information about the condition of the product when you received it as well as the condition of the packaging. Alejandraraw.com will then conduct an investigation with our shipping companies and determine the best course of action with you based on the results of the inquiry.

The estimated delivery time for orders within Mexico is 3-5 business days after your order is finished and ready to ship. Alejandra Raw Project will cover the cost of domestic shipping for up to 10 items.
Alejandra Raw Project is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, international customs regulations or any other unforeseen factors.
International Shipping//
The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-15 business days, depending on the country.

Alejandra Raw Project will repair your piece for free whenever possible. We want your garment to have a long life and leave a light footprint on the earth.
If you are interested in a repair please email us a global@alejandraraw.com. Please note that you are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the repair.
